Accounts
Where use of any part of our Services requires an account, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account.
You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date and for keeping your password secure.

Termination

Disclaimer
Our Services are provided “AS IS.” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. PJ Clemens Media, LLC and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither PJ Clemens Media, LLC, nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our Services at your own discretion and risk.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of US.
The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in US.
Changes
PJ Clemens Media, LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect.
If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period, or once the changes become effective.
Your continued use of our Services will be subject to the new terms.
G.I. Stories Terms and Conditions
Military Service
When submitting a story to G.I. Stories you hereby certify that you served in the United States Military (Military refers to US Army, Us Navy, US Marine Corps, US Air Force, US Space Force, US Coast Guard, or their Reserve and National Guard equivalents) for a period of time. G.I. Stories or PJ Clemens Media, LLC, do not require you to have been released under honorable conditions as all members of the service should have a voice in telling their stories.
Your Rights
As the story teller you retain all rights to your story; however, you give G.I. Stores and PJ Clemens Media, LLC the right to share your story in audio, whether in your voice of another, in video, in print, or any other form of media with no expectation of licensing, payment or royalties. You as the story teller will get full credit as the author of the story and/or voice credit for presenting the story. If you provide video of the story you will be given full credit as the writer, talent, and/or editor.
You give G.I. Stores and PJ Clemens Media, LLC the authorization to put together an anthology of stories, whether in audio, book, or documentary.
You also agree to all G.I. Stores and PJ Clemens Media, LLC to share your story to the Service Branch you served and/or their Museums or the United States Library of Congress for historical purposes if a program is opened and your stories fulfill all entry requirements. The purpose of providing your story to the Service Branch you served and/or their Museums or the United States Library of Congress is to help build a historical record of military individuals.
Public Affairs Review
A story release from a military Public Affairs office, although not required, may in some instances be required. You give G.I. Stores and PJ Clemens Media, LLC to the right to have your story approved by a Military Public Affairs Office prior to posting and /or distributing your story. This is to ensure the contents within your story are releasable and do not contain any information that could be detrimental to the National Security of the United States or place service members in harms way.
Control Unclassified Information (CUI) or Classified information
Upon submission of your story, you certify that it does not contain any Control Unclassified Information (CUI) or Classified information. If your story is found to have Control Unclassified Information (CUI) or Classified information the story will not be included on our site. If a story is used and later found to have Control Unclassified Information (CUI) or Classified information, you, the story teller, will be responsible for all actions, legal, cyber, or otherwise. G.I. Stores and PJ Clemens Media, LLC is not responsible for any legal actions that may occur in regards to Control Unclassified Information (CUI) or Classified information within your story.
